How do I place an order?
Placing an order with Perfectlivings is simple. Just follow these steps:
- Browse: Explore our catalog to find your desired sneakers.
- Select: Choose your size and click “Add to Cart.”
- Checkout: Enter your shipping and contact details.
- Payment: Complete your purchase using our secure payment gateway.
- Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email immediately, followed by a dispatch notification once your items ship.
How do I pay for my order?
We accept most major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal. All payment details are processed securely by trusted financial institutions.

Can I modify my order?
Yes, changes are possible within 2 hours of placing your order. After this 2-hour window, your order enters production and can no longer be modified. If you need assistance, please contact us immediately at contact@perfectlivings.com.

We use a standard shipping service for all orders within the United States. Shipping is free of charge.

Shipping Time: Standard delivery usually takes 6 to 8 business days after dispatch.
Total Delivery Time: Orders typically arrive within 8 to 11 business days after purchase.

My order shows as delivered, but I have not received it. What should I do?
Please check all possible delivery locations, such as safe places, and with other household members. We also recommend allowing an extra working day, as carrier scanning errors can occasionally occur. If the issue continues, please contact your local post office or delivery office for further information.
Returns and Refunds
What is your return and refund time frame?

What are the conditions for a return?
To qualify for a refund, items must be returned in their original condition. This means they must show no signs of wear and still have the original tags attached. Items that have been worn, washed, or altered are not eligible for return.
How long does it take to get a refund?
Refunds are processed within 2 working days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item. Once processed, it may take your bank up to 15 working days for the funds to appear in your account. Please avoid opening a dispute with your bank, as this can significantly delay the refund process.
