- Original tags must still be attached
- Items must be returned in their original condition
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

- Items with minor imperfections that do not affect wearability (for example, removable loose threads)

Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our error, such as:
- Receiving the wrong item
- Items damaged or defective upon arrival
We will cover the return shipping cost and provide a replacement or full refund at no additional charge.
If the return is due to a change of mind:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund
We do not charge any restocking fees.
Return Process

- Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions and a return shipping label if applicable.
- Securely package the item with all original tags and accessories.
- Ship the item back according to the provided instructions.
Do not send items back without approval, as unapproved returns may be delayed or misplaced.
Refund Policy
Refunds are issued under the following circumstances:
- Wrong, damaged, or defective items: full refund
- Items significantly different from what was ordered: full refund
- Lost orders confirmed as lost during shipping: full refund
- Change of mind returns: refund issued minus return shipping costs and original shipping fees
Refund Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 1 to 2 business days.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Refunds typically appear within 3 to 5 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges
We accept exchanges for eligible items, subject to availability.
