You will receive an order confirmation email after your order has been successfully placed and accepted. In some cases, confirmation emails are sent automatically. Order confirmation may take up to 12 hours.

Shipping Timeframes

Orders are fulfilled and dispatched from the United States. Delivery time consists of two stages:

Handling Time:
2 to 3 business days
This includes order verification, preparation, and handoff to the shipping carrier.

Transit Time:
6 to 8 business days
This is the time the carrier takes to deliver your package after dispatch.

Estimated Total Delivery Time:
8 to 11 business days

Tracking information may not be available immediately. Updates will appear once the carrier scans your package into their system.

Delayed or Lost Orders

If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us. Depending on the situation, we will offer a replacement or a refund.

Shipping to Multiple Addresses

Each order can only be shipped to one address.
To ship items to multiple locations, please place separate orders using the appropriate delivery addresses.

All prices displayed on Perfectlivings are shown in USD ($).

The final price, including all applicable taxes, will be clearly displayed for your review before you complete your purchase.

There are no hidden fees beyond what is shown at checkout.

Missing Items

If any item from your order appears to be missing, please contact us at contact@perfectlivings.com.

We will verify whether your order was shipped in multiple packages. If an item is confirmed missing, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost. A new tracking number will be provided once dispatched.
